Agnieszka is an experienced attorney specialising in intellectual property and pharmaceutical law. She is responsible for the local disputes practice in intellectual property and life sciences. She has in-depth knowledge and experience, particularly in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Clients particularly value her ability to bridge the interface between intellectual property/fair competition and regulatory issues. She is praised for advising in complex domestic or European patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright and unfair competition litigation, as well as IP advisory (licensing or collaboration agreements) and IP portfolio management across all major industries.

She advises on the regulation of pharmaceutical advertising and medical devices, reimbursement and borderline products.

She also has a proven track record in advising and litigating in arbitration and regulatory proceedings in the areas of life sciences, consumer protection and digital regulation.

She is lecturer at the reputed Faculty of Law in Poland and the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. 

Agnieszka’s work has earned her awards in legal rankings as a leading IP and life sciences lawyer (IAM, WTR, Legal500, Managing IP). She was named one of the “Top 25 Women in Law” in the third edition of the list of the 25 most prominent women lawyers in business by the Polish edition of the Forbes Women and Women in Law Foundation. In 2023 she was included in the “Top 50 Women in IP Law” list, which recognises “the best and brightest female intellectual property lawyers”, prepared by the World IP Review. In 2020, she was a double winner of the LMG European Rising Stars Award (in the Life Sciences and Poland categories) in the listing organised by the UK-based Euromoney Institutional Investor, one of the world’s largest providers of business and financial information.
