Nina Dorenbosch is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property Group at Bird & Bird in The Hague. She specialises in soft IP, advertising law, and sustainability regulation, with a main focus on complex trademark litigation and product design.
Nina works at the forefront of the firm’s Retail & Consumer Group and has a special interest in the Fashion & Luxury sectors. Aside from her day-to-day work in this field, Nina also co-authored a chapter on ‘Licensing and Merchandising of Fashion Assets’ in the 2025 Oxford University Press publication “The Handbook of Fashion Law”.
Through frequent speaking engagements and articles, Nina has furthermore established herself as a thought leader on the intersection between intellectual property rights and sustainability, particularly in the field of upcycling, exhaustion of trademark rights and ecodesign.
