Denise Groeneveld has over seven years of experience teaching organizational psychology and sociology, with a focus on behavioral sciences and organizational change. She coaches both professionals and students in research skills and personal development. She has taught at several universities, including the Open University and TIAS Business School.

Denise holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a PhD candidate in Environmental Psychology at Leiden University, where she examines how identities motivate consistent pro-environmental behaviors. Her academic and professional background reflect an interest in the role of emotions, identity, and behavior in decision-making processes.

At the LESI Conference, she will share her insights on the role of emotions in contract negotiations.
