Nathalie de Quatrebarbes is a French lawyer specialized in intellectual property and information technology law.
She advises both established companies and SMEs on complex legal issues involving notably patents, trade secrets and/or disruptive products/services like AI. Her practice focuses particularly on strategic IP licensing and litigation in tech-driven environments.
Known for her cross-disciplinary approach and for her sharp insight, Nathalie teaches at the Center for Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) in France and is published notably by Dalloz. She serves as Co-Head of the IT & Software Committee at the LES France and is also a member of the AIPPI and of the APRAM.
Nathalie de Quatrebarbes founded the French boutique lawfirm Quatrebarbes 10 years ago. Her firm has been recognized in both national and international rankings, including Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
