Nathalie de Quatrebarbes is a French lawyer specialized in intellectual property and information technology law.
She advises both established companies and SMEs on complex legal issues involving notably patents, trade secrets and/or disruptive products/services like AI. Her practice focuses particularly on strategic IP licensing and litigation in tech-driven environments.
Known for her cross-disciplinary approach and for her sharp insight, Nathalie teaches at the Center for Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) in France and is published notably by Dalloz. She serves as Co-Head of the IT & Software Committee at the LES France and is also a member of the AIPPI and of the APRAM.
