Serena ter Kuile is Senior Legal Counsel at Genmab, an international biotechnology company specialized in innovative and differentiated antibody therapeutics, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships. Serena works in the corporate strategy legal team supporting the business development and alliance management teams and focuses on the negotiation and drafting of complex licensing, research and collaboration agreements. She brings over a decade of experience in the life sciences sector, having previously held senior legal roles at Kite Pharma (Gilead Sciences), Alnylam and Teva, where she advised on a wide range of legal matters, including commercialization, pricing and reimbursement, pharmaceutical advertising compliance and strategic partnerships in global markets. Serena has a Biological Sciences degree from the University of Oxford, as well as postgraduate legal qualifications.
